The quickest, easiest and yummiest Lemon Meringue Pie ever…
Lemon Meringue Pie
1 tin condensed milk
½ cup lemon juice
2 eggs – separated
4 tablespoons castor sugar
1 packet Marie biscuits
Method Crush ¾ packet of Marie biscuits. Melt margarine and mix into Maries. Press into a pie dish. Mix condensed milk, lemon juice and egg yolks and pour into pie shell. Beat whites until stiff. Slowly add castor sugar. Pour over filling. Bake at 180˚C until golden – approximately 10 minutes. Refrigerate overnight
